Unfortunately, not. The To My Door service is to the front door + ground floor policy. To My Door drivers are not permitted to carry any item upstairs as they would not be covered by our OH&S guidelines. Should your front door be above ground floor level, please ensure someone is available to assist you in moving the boxes if you are unable to do so yourself.
