I won't be home to receive or sign for my parcel. What are my options?

To My Door will keep you notified of the progress of your delivery. You will see the scheduled delivery day in advance and would appreciate if you let our friendly team know if you don't believe that day will work - if you aren't going to be home if safe, we can leave your delivery (ATL). If this can't be done, then we will organize redelivery (which may have an additional charge)
